2. Data Collection on our Website (Hosting via Framer)

Our website is hosted by Framer (Framer B.V., Central Station, Amsterdam, Netherlands). When you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer (server log files). The following data is collected: browser type, operating system, IP address, date and time of access.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website). Data processing: We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Framer. Data may be processed on servers in the USA; Framer is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.


3. Automated Communication (UChat & Messenger Bots)

When you interact with us via Social Media Messengers (Instagram DM, WhatsApp, TikTok DM, Facebook Messenger)—for example, by commenting on a post with a keyword—we use the tool UChat (Uchat.com.au) to send automated responses and process your request.

  • Processed Data: Instagram username/handle, first name, last name (if public), profile picture URL, chat history, and any information provided by you during the chat.

  • Purpose: Provision of information (e.g., song links, guides), lead generation, and customer support.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (Consent through your interaction/keyword).

  • Third-Country Transfer: UChat may process data on servers outside the EU (Australia/USA). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the provider to ensure a high level of data protection.


4. Social Media Presence (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)

We maintain profiles on Instagram and TikTok. When you visit these profiles, data is collected by the providers (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and TikTok Technology Limited).

  • Joint Responsibility: We are partially responsible for data processing together with the platform operators (Art. 26 GDPR).

  • Objection: You can object to data collection by the platforms in your respective profile settings.

  • Opt-Out (Messenger): You can object to the storage of your data in our chat system at any time by typing "STOP" in the chat or by sending us an email.


5. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

  • Right to erasure / "Right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data by us.


6. Duration of Storage

We store your data only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose (e.g., answering your request via DM) or as required by legal retention periods. In the event of a "STOP" command in the messenger, your data will be blocked for further communication and deleted after the expiry of legal retention periods.
